Day 1:
Arrival – Kilimanjaro Airport
Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and transfer to Weru Weru River Lodge. In the evening, meet your head guide for a full climb briefing, gear inspection, and final preparations.

Lemosho Gate (2,100m) → Big Tree Camp (2,780m)
